I feel unhappy today. It is good that my weight hasn't regressed. I'm so familiar with ups and downs & I know I've been eating more than I "should" a lot of times. I am bracing myself for the day that I wake up and am really fat & I've gained all kinds of weight. Again, remind me what I'm trying to do here. I am not trying to look good. I am not trying to become happy. I am not trying to get people to like me. I am trying to be healthy & do the right thing by taking the right steps. I will not look forward to it every day.
