Ok. Been an okay week so far. Love spending time with my wonderful supportive husband...hes the best. Couldn't do this without him. It seems I am awful at diets! I have been following this diet pretty closely, not losing the weight as quickly as I had hoped. But I am losing, so can't ccmplain. I actually can begin to feel it in my clothes. Feel just slightly looser....and I love that! It gives me the motivation to keep going! 3 weeks til Florida! About 13 lbs down....need 12 more in 3 weeks to meet my goal....gotta keep it up! I am not kidding, just barely cheating really puts me back on this diet. Whew!
