Good Mornin' to all... i have no scales but have at all times kept to my low carb will be home in a few days and i can check then.. been very busy enjoying the 3 girls and will be taking the 2 oldest ones home with me for a while...as they are waiting on the 4th on in a few weeks...a lot of work but a lot of blessings also.. stick with your way of eating,, drink that water,,,,... down here i have to buy my drinking water .. but not at home..but it is worth it to me.. have a super week coffee sure is good thia am... going to be pretty warm today..
