Another week's official weigh-in and I can in second place for my group. I really wanted immunity this week since I'm headed to Mexico but I'll take what I can get. I was down a total of 2.6 lbs and then back up .6 lbs so overall, a 2 pound loss this week is my goal anyway.
Last week we had to pick a guilty pleasure and avoid it all week, I picked candy, Aunt Deb's fudge, and movie theatre popcorn. As soon as midnight struck, I ate a piece of fudge. Then today, I snacked on 4 more pieces of fudge and 4 mini Twix, oops!
