This is not too bad for totally ignoring my diet for a couple of days. My stomach has shrunk a bit. I couldn't put down anywhere nearly as much food as I used to.
87,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,5 kg.    Sisa: 6,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
