I hit a plateau, so the last two weeks I ate whatever I wanted. Trying to eat more calories to speed up my metabolism. But not to many more still eat good food. If I keep cutting calories my body just seems to match by slowing down my metabolism. I have been in a two month plateau where I'm not losing weight I did still exercise every day and walk too. Now back to weighing and counting every bite of food.
108,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,3 kg.    Sisa: 8,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
