Still counting and weighing at a calorie deficit but not losing. avg. 2000 calories a day. guess metabolism is changing and body resistant to losing its hard earned belly fat. Biceps are 15" were 13" so obviously putting on muscle mass. I'll keep working at it. Been drinking about 3-4 liters of water a day for last two months. up from 2 liters my normal average water intake.

It could be muscle mass. Also, you might try dropping to 1800 calories a day. As you lose, your caloric needs decrease. For example, someone weighing 180 needs fewer calories to lose than someone weighing 215.
