Well I am back to studying, so a lot of 'bum' time, but I got up extra early (6.30am on a Saturday!!) to go swimming before breakfast. I plan to go to Aqua aerobics once a week now and possibly sign up for some swimming lessons, as what I do in the way of swimming is move forward somehow. I would love to be able to do the crawl and breathe at the same time, as it is a better all round exercise than my version of the breaststroke haha. I will still go swimming too once a week, so all in all I should be toning up my body and building fat burning muscle to help me on my way.
