I am really pleased about this drop in my weight. Now I am 93.9 kg ( instead of 97 kg previous ). This week, I struggled to eat my usual meals, so I had easy food for my stomach ( toasts, omelette ). My vertigo is now very bad and nearly every day now. Yesterday, I spoke with the GP, who gave me some tablets for vertigo to try it for 1 month. Hopefully, these tablets will help me.

my dad also has vertigo, diagnosed only after he nearly crashed a lorry full of gas canisters on a motorway and no1 helped coz they assumed he was a drunk driver.....anyway, he got tablets too and is doing amazing now, no attacks since!

Booty ( can I call you by this name ?🙃 ), thank you so much for sharing story about your dad with me. I hope he is still doing well. I am taking my tablets to treat vertigo for a second day now. Still have around 3 attacks per day. Do you know how long did it take to these tablets to started working? ( you know, when your dad started feel better?).

I went to a neurological physio in the South West UK and he cured my vertigo completely. I used to have such bad attacks I would be bed ridden with it.
