Did one day of high carb. Going to try carb cycling once or twice a week. Will try to do one of those carb days - as craved foods (pasta, bread, etc)...the other with higher carb foods like sweet potato, potatoes and such.

Good for you. I've learned that I cannot follow a plan where some foods are forbidden. Moderation is the key. Good luck on your journey.
