I'm slacking! I know blaming it on the holidays is pretty lame, but that is a big part of it. Still bringing salads for my dinners at work. Still working out in the gym on my days off (3-4 times per week), walking although not quite 10k steps (averaging 5k for the week and 7k for the month). Maybe I'm just beating myself up a bit because I'm not holding myself to the standards I have carried for the past two months...I'm just afraid of falling off the wagon of health and weight loss! After Christmas, I'll have plenty of delicious roasted turkey to toss into my salads, and maybe I'll get more motivated to dance Zumba more, again!
