Tomorrow is my 40th birthday!🥳
I usually do best when I'm starting at the beginning of a month. Perhaps the addition of starting (for this go-around) at the end of my Dirty Thirties / Beginning of my Foxy Forties (or whatever the designator is🥴) will hopefully also help to keep me motivated.
I am at 190.6 with a goal weight of 135 lbs. An anticipated loss of 55.6 lbs! I have already lost 21.4 lbs from my lifetime heaviest weight off 212, so I'm off to a good start! I lost that weight be reducing portions, cutting out a lot of salt & sugar, a lot less sodas / sweet tea (not that I indulged a lot, but I'm back to predominantly water and occasionally hot tea with honey & lemon), and mainly cooking at home instead of eating out. The game plan now is to continue those good habits, and go back to doing more smoothies & salads, forcing consistent daily workouts (it isn't about motivation; I need my discipline back), cutting out coffee (too much sweetener), and taking multivitamins. It's the little things to make routines! 😁
Think I'll attempt an easy bullet journal and work to calories count here daily, again, too! I'm probably putting too many things on my plate, but I notoriously either go too hard or not enough. Gonna ease in to working out so I don't sabotage myself before I even get this thing off the ground.

Have not been very healthy lately as far as being unmotivated for workouts.. Have been eating well and making good choices since I quit my job(other than the French Onion Dip and Lay's I've treated myself to this week). We haven't eaten out much for months!
I've lost more than 10 lbs since my last weigh in, but I attribute it to portion control (and eating only 1-2 meals per day, which isn't good), and better food (less processed, less fast food).
