Have had a ball !! since Thanksgiving, really dined out and drank plenty of wine, let the diet go to hell, as I too !! did not enter my food diary, or exercise this week, hence not surprised I gained so much weight will have to kick my arse back into it and try to get positive about sticking to lifestyle plan, but I did enjoy eating all those naughty things......
