Reluctant to log anything, but I know I must before I allow myself to quit logging anything at all.

Happy I'm still at 169 lbs. This is where I plateaued before (169.6 same exact weight on April 1st of this year!), so I know I have to push even harder right now, before I begin to get discouraged.

It's been a good weekend, and a much better weekend than expected. And a million times better than I was envisioning, dreading. I'm glad I spoke up. There's still more to do, and it feels like I'm running out of time to do it. I hope not...





I'm so very appreciative to have an intelligent friend, who coaxes me not to act upon emotion, to wait (even when I feel all I've been doing is waiting) for better timing, to ignore logic that may lead to regret, and to have some faith and hope when I'm afraid I'm in my darkest hour. She made the time when she didn't have it, and I believe it helped give me a little more clarity. Gratitude!
