Hello i have been struggling seems carbs have been turned into evil things seeking to destroy me:) once u eat them u blow up! Sphinx brought me out my funk. Bless her heart. I pray you all had a wonderful time with your family and safely made it thru the day without too many lbs :) I hv not been on track i was doing so good then just fell off wagon last 2 weeks. I hv to hit it again. CK sounds like you had a good day. I need a willpower injection. Thinkin bout yall !
