I've been away. I've been sick. I've been depressed. I've been stressed. I hate my job. I hate what I have to deal with in life right now. I just want to sleep. OKKKKKK I know--- stop it! There are some good things, I know, but I'm down or at least I was down, right now I'm just in the middle....Gee that is better than down, that is on the way UP! Ok Ok, I'll be OK! Just it is so difficult sometimes! I just want to stay UP all the time but 'stuff' won't let me....STOP don't you say I have control over what the 'stuff' is, because you know it doesn't work that way! Give be a break. Ok, Ok, 'let it go' you say....yes I am trying!

Yes, life can be hard sometimes. Your chart looks amazing though. So you keep going. You are doing great. Getting some activity in can help with stress. I hope the new year brings you wonderful things.

No judgements should be made by anyone for no one knows a person unless they have walked in their shoes - which is impossible! Your new post taking one day at a time is a great plan! That is how I get through life! Take care! :)

You seem to REALLY be stressed, and I hope you achieve your goal. Taking a deep breath works for me, and staying positive is a good thing, especially when one is socially active. You also seem to point out the negatives, which to me is good to analyze, but it can make me feel melancholy. As long as devotion is involved, you'll be alright :) Good Luck, you can do this!
