Today is the end of my first week and I think I accomplished a turn in my lifestyle of eating - not that this is my first time dieting, I've dieted since I was in my teens - los of yoyoing!!! I really like this system and don't mind counting calories, this is so easy. Ready to start my second week now.
I was not able to get on my computer yesterday so could not enter my food, but I was really careful yesterday since Saturday had been a bad day.
