Yes! Nice to see a dip right before vacay. This is actually AFTER I had a big ol cup of coffee, but Ill include it in the weight. High activity, moderate calorie days do add up!This week I really went "Back to basics" I was slipping a bit in the night time realm, so I tried to be more in tune with true hunger. My goal, be it realistic or not, is to maintain my weight over vacation. I dont roll well with gains as I have a crazy brain thats not often nice about such things! Im still going to enjoy "vacation foods" but keep doing as I am doing and try to figure them into my daily cals.
