I'm putting this up to water retention. :( Oh well one pound up. I'll be below 140 soon enough.
64,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,7 kg.    Sisa: 9,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

955 kkal Lemak: 10,51g | Prot: 44,25g | Karb: 185,36g.   Makan Pagi: Vitamin Water XXX Acai-Blueberry-Pomegranate (Triple Antioxidants), Light Vanilla Soy Milk, Coffee, Bananas, Nectarines. Makan Siang: banana peppers, Chunky Salsa (Mild), baby lettuce, heinz ketchup, mustard, Mushrooms, smart dogs, whole wheat hot dog bun. Makan Malam: whole wheat hot dog bun, split pea soup. lagi...
1793 kkal Latihan: Olahraga dengan Menggunakan Mesin (Sedang) - 30 menit, Istirahat - 15 jam dan 30 menit, Tidur - 8 jam. lagi...
Memperoleh 1,6 kg dalam 1 minggu

I had the exact same weight gain at the scale on Tuesday and also attributed it to water retention because I exercised and was following my diet very well. I was totally surprised about that but was not discouraged as fluctuations do occur without any logical explanation.

Sorry I didn't see your comment Gigi. I think we can gain and lose up to two pounds a day depending on the time of day. I think this weight gain unfortunately is due to menses. It seems to be getting a lot better though with my healthier diet. I read a long time ago something about how hard your menstrual cycles are depends on how well you eat.
