Counting calories for the week and trying to eat healthy when I wasn't able to. Didn't weigh in every day because I needed the week to drop back down again after my week in Mexico. I have gone running 5 days in a row for a total of 17.2 miles, my goal is run a marathon a week so 26.2 miles. I need to do 4.5 miles today and tomorrow to hit that goal so wish me luck!
70,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,6 kg.    Sisa: 7,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I hope you had a nice time in Mexico :) Holidays are for relaxing and even a few more pounds won't set you back far. And with your workout schedule you'll make up for it in no time! I am just starting on couch25k even though I managed 5k last year. It's not easy!
