I doubt this is a true weight. I broke my fast last night, but didn't do it right - just jumped in and had bowl of yogurt and stuff, and had fiber bar, etc. So although TMI, uh... I was up for a few hours during the night. But I thought it'd be fun to record a number I haven't seen since Dec. lol I'll be happy if I'm at 125 tomorrow. Not saying it didn't FEEL good to see this number... but oh well.

SOOOO tired. I may try to nap a little before I do a workout. Probably slept 3 1/2 hours last night. And I'm a sleeper!

But life is GOOD and this high I've been riding for days and days now... sure wish I could bottle it!

No workout today...just some shopping! lol

Oh girlie-girl... I would if I could. Or not, maybe I'm not THAT unselfish! Lord knows there have been so many times when I wish I could pull a bottle of happiness out of my .... hat... lol. Nah, for you? Maybe I would!

Alright...that is awesome...I got about 3 hours and 41 minutes. Would love a nap, but much like the golden toilet, it's just not in the cards right now! lol Have a great day, D. Love ya! <3<3<3<3

We (hubby and I) are doing a fast in support of the kiddos as church who are fasting for the World Vision 30 hours fast to help stop hunger in the world. Starts at 2 pm Friday and runs through 8 pm Saturday. Sure hope I can still have my coffee!! lol

Hi Bren - thanks for the happy dance! Never did nap yesterday (5/4) but slept soundly last night. Not enough - why do I love sleep so much? lol Hope your day was a good one and that today will be, as well. I want to get to journals today and try to catch up on what's going on in everyone's lives. Thanks again!

S - you crack me up! There is no "about" when discussing sleep down to the minute (3 hrs. 41 min)! lol The nap didn't happen, probably just as well. The rare times I've had a nap I can't sleep well at all that night. Didn't work out, did my shopping therapy :) I don't know how strict YOUR fast is going to be. I did NOT give up coffee - I actually probably drank a little more, and I had lemonade made with lemons, water and Stevia, and a couple of times I had a little glass of that Naked juice - uh... the green one? Full of veggies. Not nearly as intense as when happynow would fast and do nothing but WATER for three days. Yikes. I'd have a headache just from the caffeine withdrawal! Good luck with your fast. I've never met anyone as determined as you, so I know you'll breeze through it. Keep me posted if you will. Love ya, S!!!

RWL!!!! Happy you're feeling so wonderful as well as you should! Get some great rest and continue this high for as long as you possibly can, make it a marathon high! What.....why not????? TOWANDA!!!!!!!!
