2 more lost. The scale needs to go upward not down. I guess it gets worse before it gets better? Will eat an extra bowl of shrimp and grits this evening. This is why im not a fan of medications. Side effects. Tomorrow I should see a gain for sure. Pretty please with a cherry on top? #Peace&Love

I hope you feel better soon and can get back to your normal weight. Are you working out? It might be a good idea.

Thanks ChristyLA! I do mostly resistance training with a sprinkle of HIIT. But lately I've just been doing plank exercises due to the med side effect. I have increased by a 1/2 pound this morning so now I feel I can safely get back to my normal workout routines. Keyword: safely. That's super important to me. You just never can tell with medications and have to listen to the body closely. Thanks for the well wish! #Peace&Love :D

I was thinking that strength training/weightlifting would be good to keep yourself from losing muscle.
