Feeling good, got plenty of walking in today checking out some local festivals. not at all worried about the little weight increase since most of the reason it dropped down so fast was because I was sick. headed very much in the right direction. And now that this weight has stuck for a few days it is safe to say that I have officially lost 80 pounds! YAY!
