178.5 Before the "go" Much to my delight, the "go"was a biggy (really no delicate way to put it, is there? ) so I am feeling like I made my 178 goal and then some. Liking the healthier cardio feeling and the muscle tone too. Leg feels likee it is going to let me run a little today! This site, and my buddies RULE. Gonna have to go easy on pushups today as weigts yesterday agrivating this ongoing shoulder issue. Gonna get that walk in before the winds start howling! Peace
