so this weekend i didnt just fall off the wagon, i fell off got back up and started sledge hammering the wagon to pieces!!!

the carb monster was chasing me all weekend. its my own fault though friday was a national holiday here (big Prayer Day) and in previous times it was the one day the bakery had off so they have special bread made that can last the closed bakers day. Hubby made some on Wednesday and when they were toasted on friday they were yummy. i had planned one into my allowance but once i added the cheese and apricot marmalade one wasnt enough and it turned into 2 then 3!!!! this continued on Saturday with chees on toast at 11pm when our friends had left followed by a whole litre of ice-cream yesterday. the result today an increase in weight and BF% no suprise there!

i'm not going to beat myself up about it though today is another day and i can glue the wagon back together right??
