I went on an amazing Women's retreat and found out just how much God loves me. We had lots and lots of veggies, fruit, salmon, chicken and low fat desserts and lost another pound. I didn't keep track of any of my food just knew that I needed to make healthy choices. I rode a horse for the first time since I was a kid and fear was replaced with peace. I loved it! I'm ready to begin a new week with the new me!
