the scale goal is in arms reach. my sleep has not been the greatest and having really weird dreams once I am asleep. I typically don't remember dreams so it's messing with my head a bit. still not starving, but think it may be time for a diet break for 2weeks . probably going to eat at what I believe is maintenance and reset some hormones and metabolism a little bit. this is the first cut I've experienced this on. maybe it's a coincidence happy Wednesday everyone!
