All in all a pretty good week. It was probably the closest to real induction that I've done in a while (I think I've started over and over many times) since I have tended to cheat in the past. The only thing I did kind of cheat on, was that I had some Sugar Free and low carb candies. It obviously didn't hurt too much. I plan on doing it again this week and moving on to adding carbs a little bit next week. I don't know how many I really want to add though because I really want to get to my goal weight now.

My goal is also to add exercise this week. I need to work out how it's going to look when I put it in my schedule since my boyfriend's schedule is so crazy right now. Why does that affect my schedule, you may ask? Because he is getting up at 3 or 3:30 to go to work. When he comes home, he has to eat and go to bed shortly there after to get up and do it all again. So, it affects my sleep and my schedule.

The goal is to be at 150 next week at weigh in.
