Had this 'eating pizza in a middle of the nite' challenge last nite. My bfr decided to make big ass pizza and it smelled so good! Even tho I don't like pizza and my stomach can't take it (too heavy). I said NO and didn't have a tiny piece of it! Me so proud! :D
Today - 5K run, trying negative split.
My bfr wants to try running with me (again :) ) so we'll see if he can keep up with me this time 8-)

Looking up how to strengthen my inner highs, I like my leg/butt muscles so far, except inner thighs that look like jello :-/ Need to get rid of the fat there! Gonna include hill running in my workouts. My butt on the other hand looks more curvy aka Jeniffer Lopez! lmao I like!

LOL good job at staying away from the pizza! Goodluck with the hill training, you will hate it when doing it, but you will feel AMAZING afterwards!

Well, I'm jealous of your curvy ass. No idea how you were able to score that, as it sounds like we both just sit alllll day! For an inner thigh workout, if you're near a gym, try the hip adductor. Serious thigh workout there. Great job on passing up pizza--you're a strong woman! Curious to hear about your bfr's running results...I bet he won't be able to keep up with ya ;)

Hey there Tubbs! Curvy ass is prob from running. You r rite - I spend way too much time in front of the glowing magic box but I run 5 days a week now and when I have days off from running I always do smth - long walks/swim etc. So maybe that's the reason for my 'assage curviness' lol Bfr was dead after 1mile of running with me, I was trying to go slow for him 5.7-6.0mph but couldn't, was too slow for me.. 1 mile nonstop is still a progress! :) I'll train him better ;) Thanx 4 the tip ab thighs, I'll try it out next tym I'm at the gym!
