Grr. Finding maintenance to be tough. When I was losing, it was simple. I had it down pat. It was routine. Now, because of carb back loading, I'm finding it tough in the evenings. I know if I stick to it, I'll discover the macros that work for me. For now, I'll just keep pushing through. Thanks for the support. :)
