Hey everyone, as promised, here is an updated Before / During pic...



Ugh. I really hate those fat pics. But you can truly see the difference. Lost 40% of my original weight, and I'm down more than 10 pants sizes. You know I like to be gross -- that's 18.6 gallon jugs of fat gone. Yech!

Another bit of great news... I guess there are four stages of "obese". This is an excerpt I found online:



So, when I re-started last July, my BMI was over 50. I think it was 50.2! I was past stage III, into "super-obese". As of my last weigh-in on the BF% scale (my old scale), I am officially no longer "obese", now I'm just "overweight" (29.9 BMI). Hah! I've worked so hard to become "overweight". LOL! Anyway, I have about another pound or two on my official scale before I'm truly there. But when I started on FS, I only used my old scale (the BF% one) as I didn't have the newer one. So, I'm pretty happy with that.

VACATION has started!!! Woo hoo!!! I sooo need that.

Have to go to a VB tourney with the kid this weekend. Really really far away, and have to be up early for it besides. Ugh. But finally Monday, I'm going through and reading back through a bunch of your posts and journals. Wow! You all have been doing so much, and so great! I'm so amazed at how you're all doing and can't wait to read all about it!

Keep it up everyone!!! If I can do this (and trust me, I'm the most pathetic one on here), then WE CAN ALL SUCCEED! You can do this!
