I made some poor choices at the beginning of last week. I am obviously still paying for it. The good news is, I was up to 214.4 on Wednesday, so I am back into losing mode. I just need to stay motivated.

I have found new recipes that I like and I am going to roast some more vegetables. Having things prepared and ready to warm up seems to work better for me.

I am also trying to keep track of how much cheese I eat each day. I think when I overdue the cheese it slows down my ketosis.

I am actually okay with the results for this week as whole.

hey try roasting kale strip the leaves,from stem put them in olive oil and roast for 10 minutes each side at 275
