263.4, I will take it. Both South Beach and Atkins boast a 8-13 lb weight loss during induction. I lost 9.6lbs in 14 days, not too shabby. Glory to GOD!!
I ate salad everyday for lunch last week. I bought the ingredients so that I can make them myself, and be sure of the caloric, fat, and carbohydrate intake. I am feeling fantastic, my allergy headaches have subsided, my fatigue has diminished and my sore shins are sore no more. ( sound like I am selling something, LOL!!!) I am getting in the gym this week and beginning my search for a new job. Pray for me.
