I know its tough to find something thta you want to live with....I have come to the midset that I cannot go on a "diet" I just have to be more aware of what I am eating at all times....I have started to write everything down (so yes I am on this site at least 5 times a day), counting calories (trying not to exceed 1700 per day) and exercising to get my heart rate up on most days....so far so good.
