Weighed myself today and I gained a little bit of weight. I was losing weight but I slowed down on my workouts because I was not feeling well and look here gained some weight. Well this week I will be pushing myself hard to try and loose a lot more weight.
73,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,0 kg.    Sisa: 16,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
