Ok, that’s good. I lost some weight. Yay! I have not been tracking my food or my weight for months ever since the discouragement from my family. The last entry was last year 11/30/21 on my scale. I am determined to try and lose the weight. I started working out again because this excess weight is putting a toll on my small petite frame. I will try to count calories again in the hopes that my family do not discourage me again. I need to get serious about cutting out all sweets for now. I started cutting it out slowly. So my goal now is to cut it out completely.

This is so… depressing! I have been staying away because the truth of the matter is that I am not getting my families support. They don’t want me using an app to calculate my meals and track my food intake. My Spouse says I used to workout and eat without having to use an app. They all feel that I am just giving way too much information to the public when we should remain private. Well I have stayed away and now look at my weight. I have lost the ambition to even workout. I refused to get on a scale until today and look at my weight! 😱😭🥺😞 I feel horrible! I feel like just crying. Now that I want to start working out again I have to take it really slow because last week I injured my ankle when I fell. I heard a load popping sound, hurting my knee which has a bruise with a bump and my ankle and feet swelled up like a balloon. I feel so horrible today and feel so alone! 😭😭😞 I feel my family just wouldn’t understand. They will tell me I am just seeking attention by posting online. I hate this! I feel like I have to do this secretly and I never wanted it to be this way. I have never felt this depressed in my life as I do now.

I lost a little bit of weight, not much. Still working out when my body doesn’t crash 💥 on me. I have been in a lot of pain but still pushing through. I got a nice pull up bar for Mother’s Day I’m so excited. Years ago I was able to lift myself up, now I barely get off the ground 😂. Not given up!

Weight in at doctors office, not happy at all because I gained weight 😔.
Does anyone know if we weigh differently in the morning compared to the evening?

Weighed myself today and I gained a little bit of weight. I was losing weight but I slowed down on my workouts because I was not feeling well and look here gained some weight. Well this week I will be pushing myself hard to try and loose a lot more weight.
