I got out of bed yesterday morning around 10am. I started a food journal and wrote down every bit I put in my mouth. I had 1200 calories yesterday. I was active yesterday (unloaded hay for the horse). I worked at my job (which is not physical). I went to bed this morning at 4:30am. I am up for the day now. I got out of bed 11:30am. Weighed in at 215. I am going to have to EXERSIZE if I get the weight off. I have an appointment with the heart doctor today (nothing wrong, just a check up). I promise to be a good girl today.

You have really different sleeping habits. I assume that is because of your job? Or are you just a night owl. Getting sufficient sleep is vital to losing weight. I know that from experience. Good luck at the doctor.

Unloading hay sounds like exercise to me. Maybe try to get some walking in by increasing the distance to and from the hay. It does sound like a long day. But I get up at 6am. I guess it is all comparable. It hard to write everything down and worthless in you don't. Good job.
