today i am getting ready to be in the 50 lbs lose april challenge which is tomorrow, so i am going to try and get healthy today
83,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 22,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

1280 kkal Lemak: 98,21g | Prot: 67,33g | Karb: 34,89g.   Makan Pagi: pork and turkey brown and serve sausage links, Fried Egg without Fat. Makan Siang: salsa verde, mini cucumber. Makan Malam: avacado, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Camilan/Lainnya: extra sharp ceddar cheese, tomatoes, marzetti ranch dressing, Jalapeno Peppers, salad. lagi...

I am also starting on the 50 challenge tomorrow, we need to communicate daily as this is the first day of the rest of our lives.. I am still trying to figure how to navigate this site..
