First really good day of eating!! Major accomplishment. ..lets make it two in a row! I starting to feel better physically. Not as much joint pain. The true keys are no sugar or flour...and exercise of some kind. Biking seems to be the one for me. And of course prayer!!! Love yourself Teresa. ..I am worth it :)
