Well... I was not expecting this to work. And I was definitely not expecting a drop like this with the week I’ve had. Sticking to a certain calorie goal is something I’ve never done and there were quite a few days this week I went over my goal. And I haven’t been exercising as much as I should. Well, there are little encouragements in weeks were life falls apart. There’s a quote from a movie that this reminded me of (I’m gonna butcher the quote, sorry) “Once you’ve hit rock bottom, the only place left to go is up”.
