okay so now this starts. so many emotional factors at this time. But if I don't start now I don't know when I ever will. feeling a little burnt out already but hopefully this will influence some positive momentum.

I was beginning to lose hope. The weekend and week have not gone well. But if I keep pushing forward I hope that I will meet my goal. I caved last night though and had some ice cream. And I really need to drink more water. so we shall see if my weight goes up because of that.

So I'm starting this again. I took an unintentional break when some family things happened. but I'm realizing that I need to be more consistent. for the past week I have been watching what I eat, having a caloric deficit and adding intermittent fasting (meaning I only eat during a certain time frame). Today will be starting back up working out! noting too crazy as I know I'm out of shape. But better to start small than to never start at all. oh and I'm gonna try and drink more water, that will probably bring my weight up as I don't drink enough at all.
