I've been eating hot wings like crazy for the past 2 weeks...can't say that I've been eating well. Although, today I broke the cycle by bringing a Kashi pizza for lunch and baby carrots with Laughing Cow cheese. So good!

I've never tried the Laughing Cow cheese. Is it good? Is it more of a spread than anything?

Sorry, I have been MIA on fatsecret.com as well as my so-called "diet"...
Laughing Cow cheese is delicious! You should try it sometime - it comes in these cute little pie shaped wedges (perfect portion control). As far as texture, it is very soft and creamy - very spreadable, so I guess you could say that it is more of a spread.
