Ok, I'm not sure of my actual weight, because it seems when I move my scale even a fraction of an inch it adjusts the weight, as much as 5 lbs sometimes! The last time I weighed myself where I felt it was accurate was last week, on the doctor's scale, and it said 204, so that's what I'm going with....My bathroom scale alternately said 200.6 and 203 this morning, so I'm not sure....a little discouraging, because I feel like I want to know about every single pound I lose, lol....BUT...even if it's 204, that STILL means I lost 9 pounds so far, so GO ME!!

Another thing..I absolutely lost my mind the other night and ate a small bag of chips and a push up bar! I was craving sherbet SO BAD!! I've been doing well since then though, sticking to it, on my second leg of Phase I...still have not been able to exercise, but should be able to at least go for a walk tonight!

Yeah I hate those bathroom scales. You really have to invest some money on a good one because the one I have is TERRIBLE. I decided to just pick a publix, and go by that weight everytime I weight myself. It might not be accurate the first time, but I will always know how much I am losing from then on. As far as your sorbet, have you tried making something "like it" at home?? Like somewhat of a smoothie, but more frozen? Its not the same, but it might be enough to kill those urges. And as far as chips, how about popcorn?? Reguardless, its ok. We all get set back sonetimes. I set back for a whole week, set out to start phase 1 today, and still went off a little bit. Gotta come to terms im not perfect lol. Keep up the good work!!!

I weigh myself on my Wii Fit at the same time each morning. And it keeps track of my progress for me.

I think the problem with my scale is that the floor's uneven in my bathroom, and it's a fairly expensive digital scale, but makes a difference where I put it...I'm saving up for a wii and a wii fit...maybe I'll start putting away the extra money I'm not spending on fast food anymore!

A Wii Fit is totally worth it! I weigh myself with it every morning at the same time. I love to watch my little (big?) Mii as she ever so slowly shrinks...and watch the graph slope slowly downward! And don't freak out about a small bag of chips and a push up bar...remember, worse things could happen!

I like how the Mii sounds insulted as she tells me, "that's overweight" like its a big surprise. LOL.

I do the same thing too. It dawned on me to use my Wii Fit a day after I weighed myself.
