Whew!
That was a climb! I need to remember that I have an easier time losing the majority of the weight BEFORE I add in a bunch of activity.
I'm there but I expect with water and what not to waiver btwn 116-118. That is the target. I should end the week at 116 and start it at 118 2 days after my free day!
I need to check on all of my buddies but I am swamped after the family getting sick and home schooling my little one!!
