I am a little confused that I gained. I really thought I was eating healthy and in moderation. I haven't been exercising but that wouldn't make me gain. Just not lose as quickly. will venture on .....

I would suggest logging all your food. If you are indeed already doing that, then you are likely putting yourself in starvation mode if you are only eating what you logged.
