I haven't really gained any weight. In fact I think I have lost a few. I am now in Weight Watchers, and weighing myself at a different time, as I don't see the point in doing it twice. I just weigh (literally) about five or six pounds more at the end of the day, when WW weigh-in is, as I do at the very beginning, which is when I was weighing myself. I did lose 4.8 pounds the first week! So pretty sure I am up to over 50 lost! :)
78,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 26,8 kg.    Sisa: 13,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Memperoleh 0,8 kg dalam 1 minggu
