For the past month, dieting was easy, because I was fasting for Ramadhan, and I incorporated Rosdale approach with fasting. I lost 5kg and during Aid celebration, I gained back 1 kg...and maintained at 66kg
66 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3 kg.    Sisa: 1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

very interesting..i will check out the Rosdale approach. I had never fasted before in my life until last thursday due to "medical procedure" and i really did not think i was capable. I was shocked how i did it and felt wonderful. I see it very differently now.

check out seabuckthorn and nigella sativa...while fasting, on breaking my fast, I took these two supplements ..
