Not much change, but still holding on. Still working out through the pain, but not as much as I wanted to for this past week. Not much change in my weight loss 🥺😢. My ankles are still sore taking a long time for the damaged tendons to heal, even though I rap it up with an ankle brace. I noticed that my ankles look bad when I take the braces off and my feet are hurting me. I don’t let that stop me, I push myself through the workouts. I am very determined to loose weight. Not giving up! 💪
