I have no idea what is going on. This is week 2 of phase 2 and i lost no weight this week. I only cheated once over the weekend. Don't know what else to do. I really need to lose this weight.
83,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,7 kg.    Sisa: 20,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

R U doing the exercise?...if u eat well & not pushing at least 30 mins of cardio on phase 2 3-5days a week, U won't really see any weight loss. If ur doing muscle toning you may not be losing weight cuz ur replacing the fat weight w/ muscle weight. Or maybe ur water weight cuz of ur cycle....don't feel discouraged there's a reason and if ur eating right at least you know ur body is healthy & hey you have lost 6 lbs & that's great. Phase 2 you will lose up to 1-2 lb a week. I was losing 0-2 lbs a week at phase 2. Keep up ur good work ur still doing great*

I wasn't losing any weight on phase 2 and I was following it very closely. I had to start doing Phase 1 every other day and Phase 2 every other day. That seems to be working better for me.
