R U doing the exercise?...if u eat well & not pushing at least 30 mins of cardio on phase 2 3-5days a week, U won't really see any weight loss. If ur doing muscle toning you may not be losing weight cuz ur replacing the fat weight w/ muscle weight. Or maybe ur water weight cuz of ur cycle....don't feel discouraged there's a reason and if ur eating right at least you know ur body is healthy & hey you have lost 6 lbs & that's great. Phase 2 you will lose up to 1-2 lb a week. I was losing 0-2 lbs a week at phase 2. Keep up ur good work ur still doing great*
