Oh my, what a rollercoaster week. I was up almost 2 lbs early in the week because of some medicine I am having to take this month and it really made me have to work A LOT harder for this loss. I really had to focus the last couple of days to make the loss happen.
Next week I should be out of the 40's and into the 30's! YAY!
